2. Curated (Mystery) Box Nature

All Soft Era Scoops products are curated, assortment-based boxes. Item selections may be thoughtfully curated, randomly selected, or a combination of both, depending on the product. Contents are chosen at the sole discretion of Soft Era Scoops and will vary from order to order.

Product images shown on our website or social media are examples only and do not guarantee that any specific item, color, theme, or quantity will be included, even if requested.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Items will vary from box to box

  • No specific items, colors, or themes are guaranteed

  • Preferences may be noted but are not guaranteed

  • Item rotation may occur at any time

  • Stated value is approximate and not guaranteed on an item-by-item basis

3. Scoop Menu & Item Rotation

The Soft Era Scoops menu and available items may change at any time and regularly feature rotating or seasonal products. While individual items may vary, all scoops are curated to align with the Soft Era aesthetic and overall brand vibe.

4. Product Use & Assumption of Risk

All products are sold “as is” and are intended for general decorative or personal-use purposes only. By purchasing from Soft Era Scoops, you assume full responsibility for the proper use of all items.

You agree to follow any care instructions or warnings provided with the products, where applicable, and understand that misuse, improper handling, or failure to use items responsibly may result in damage or injury.

5. Allergies & Sensitivities

Some products sold by Soft Era Scoops may come into contact with skin. We are not responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or irritation. Patch testing is recommended where applicable. Ingredients are provided when available, and customers are responsible for determining product suitability.

6. Children & Safety

Some items may contain small parts and are not intended for children unless explicitly stated. Small items may present a choking hazard. Decorative lights and accessories are not toys. Adult supervision is recommended. Customers are responsible for determining whether products are appropriate for their intended recipient.

7. Final Sale, Returns & Refunds

Due to the curated and surprise-based nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds based on personal preference, expectations, or duplicate items.

Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged, please contact Soft Era Scoops within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can review and resolve the issue. Approved claims may receive a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

8. Shipping & Order Accuracy

In-stock orders typically ship within 3–7 business days.
Pre-order or restock items will ship according to the estimated ship date stated in the individual product description.

Shipping timelines do not include weekends, holidays, or carrier-related delays.

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. Soft Era Scoops is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Packages returned due to refusal or failure to claim may be subject to reshipping fees.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Soft Era Scoops shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of any products purchased.

In no event shall Soft Era Scoops’ total liability exceed the amount paid for the product(s) purchased.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

11. Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to purchases from Soft Era Scoops shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of California, except where prohibited by law.

Soft Era Scoops provides novelty, decorative, and personal-use items for enjoyment purposes only. All products are used at the customer’s own risk, and no guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes or experiences related to product use.

Cosmetic and lip products are for external use only. Patch testing is recommended, and use should be discontinued if irritation occurs. Soft Era Scoops is not responsible for allergic reactions.

Jewelry and accessories are not intended for children unless stated, may contain small parts that present a choking hazard, and should be removed before sleeping, bathing, or physical activity.

Decorative lights and accessories are for decorative use only, are not toys, should be used as directed, and adult supervision is recommended around children.

Products sold by Soft Era Scoops are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition.
