In-Stock Orders
All in-stock Soft Era Scoops ship within 3–5 business days from the order date.

Pre-Order Scoops (Restock Orders)
Pre-order items are placed during a restock period. Orders will ship within 14–16 business days once restocking is complete and items are ready to be packed.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking info so you can follow your scoop as it makes its way to you.

Please note: shipping timelines do not include carrier delays, weekends, or holidays.
