Because Soft Era Scoops are mystery boxes curated just for you, all sales are final. We’re unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds due to the surprise nature of the items.

If your order arrives damaged, please email softerascoops@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We’ll be happy to make it right!
